We Are Hiring – Project Coordinator

This is a varied role at the heart of our business, helping to manage bespoke curtain, blind and interior furnishing projects from order through to installation.

You will become the central point of communication between our clients, suppliers, sewing team and installers, ensuring every project runs smoothly and our clients receive the exceptional service we are known for.

The Role

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing project schedules and timelines

• Coordinating installations

• Liaising with clients and keeping them updated throughout their project

• Ordering products and materials from suppliers

• Chasing deliveries and monitoring lead times

• Maintaining project records and updating our management systems

• Coordinating with our sewing team and installers

• Problem-solving and helping keep projects on track

• General office administration and project support

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Is highly organised and enjoys managing multiple projects at once

• Has excellent communication skills

• Is confident speaking with clients, suppliers and tradespeople

• Can remain calm under pressure and prioritise effectively

• Has strong attention to detail

• Is proactive and enjoys finding solutions

• Is comfortable using computer systems and learning new software

Essential Requirements

• Fluent English and Spanish (spoken and written)

• Full driving licence

• Good computer skills

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks

Experience

Previous experience in project coordination, administration, customer service, construction, interiors, property or similar industries would be advantageous, although attitude, organisation and willingness to learn are more important than industry experience.
